Privacy protection terms for mobile slaughtering equipment inquiries, quotations, project communication and after-sales service.

We collect buyer information only when it is voluntarily provided through inquiry forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or project communication. This may include name, company, country, email, phone number, project requirements, product configuration needs and shipping destination.

Buyer information is used for product consultation, quotation preparation, technical communication, order confirmation, logistics coordination, warranty service, after-sales support and legal compliance. We do not sell buyer contact information to third parties.

Quotation files, drawings, product photos, certification materials and contract communication records may be retained for project traceability, service support and dispute prevention. Access is limited to personnel involved in trade communication and order service.

If a buyer requests correction or deletion of contact information, please contact sales@smarthuayi.com. Records required for contract performance, tax, customs, legal compliance or dispute handling may be retained as required by applicable law.
